Green Mountain Children’s Center Scholarship Programs

GMCC has multiple scholarship programs available to families. GMCC scholarships are designed to support all families with children enrolled in our programs, with a focus on supporting Low to Moderate Income families.

Scholarships are available on a first come, first served bases to all families enrolled at GMCC as long as funding is available. Any families applying for scholarships must have a zero tuition balance with GMCC or an adhered to payment plan for outstanding tuition.

Families applying for a scholarship with GMCC must first apply for a subsidy with the State of New Hampshire or Vermont. (Receiving a state subsidy is NOT a requirement for receiving a GMCC scholarship.) Using GMCC’s Scholarship Application Forms, GMCC  will collect information from families regarding gross family income and family size. Family income will be based on tax returns, W-2s or recent paystubs.

On occasion, Directors and Administrators can grant emergency scholarships based on need up to $500. (Emergencies can be defined as situations that cause difficulties for parents to make payments, such as medical emergencies, temporary loss of employment, homelessness, etc.)
